How is this different from a chatbot?
Chatbots are text-based and most visitors ignore them. Voice agents feel like talking to a real person, capture leads even when your team's offline, and convert markedly better than chat for booking enquiries. The voice quality is the difference.
What if it gets a question wrong?
Trained on your specific FAQs and tested across numerous scenarios before launch. If something it can't handle comes up, it routes to a human or gives a clean message. We monitor the first thirty days closely and tune anything weak.
Why £2,500 for the MVP?

What's the lock-in?
None. Starter is one-time, no recurring. Growth and Pro are rolling monthly with thirty days' notice. You're never trapped. The only thing locked is the script in Starter — that's by design, to keep the price honest.
Can we do a trial?
No, because the setup is genuinely custom — twenty-plus hours of work specific to you. Starter exists for that reason: a fixed price with no commitment beyond the build. If you love it, upgrade. If not, you've got a working agent for ninety days.
What about data protection?
Data Processing Agreements signed with clients and our technology partners. We do not use client conversations to train models. EU/UK data residency, zero-retention processing, or conversation redaction — these can be configured; we'll scope them with you during onboarding.
Can the voice be ours specifically?
Yes — three options. A library voice (free, professional). Voice Design (custom-generated from a prompt, +£200). Or a clone of your CEO, founder, or chosen voice talent (+£400 instant, +£800 professional grade).
What if we outgrow it?
You move up tiers. Starter to Growth at any point. Growth to Pro when you need multi-agent handoff or custom voice cloning. The build comes with you — you never start over. White-label and reseller agreements available for groups.
